PURPOSE: An accumulation type card operation method is provided to accumulate a regular ratio of a purchase amount for a member and a common fund for all the members whenever a member purchases a commodity at an affiliated store, and to pay back the common fund to the members by holding a lottery. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a member purchasing a commodity at an affiliated store or an affiliated online shopping mall(201,202,250,251), a card issue company accumulating a regular ratio of the purchase amount for the member(205,254), the affiliated store depositing a regular ratio of the purchase amount at a common fund account(206), the member applying a lottery at a terminal of the affiliated store instantly after purchasing a commodity, applying a lottery over the Internet or applying a lottery at a terminal of other affiliated store in the case of an off-line transaction(207-210, 231-240, 208-210), the member applying a lottery by clicking an application button and inputting a secret number, a password, and a lottery application number instantly after purchasing a commodity at an online affiliated shopping mall(252,253,256,257), and the member checking the lottery result on a home page of the card issue company(211).
