PURPOSE: A seat cover having an article receiver is provided to easily clean or wash by making a seat cover easily separated from a seat and to temporarily receive articles by attaching a pocket to the seat cover. CONSTITUTION: A pocket(5) is formed in the rear face of a seat cover body(2). A corrugation(6) is formed in the pocket to make the pocket baggy. Therefore, a three-dimensional article receiver is produced. A commercial advertising plate(3) is formed in the outer face of the article receiver, and an entrance(4) for changing an advertising material is formed in the advertising plate. A fixing member(7) for fixing a seat cover on a seat is formed in the upper end of the seat cover. The lower end of the seat cover is open to be placed over the seat.
