PURPOSE: An oversea trade method is provided to enable a company user to inform oversea buyers of commodities produced or technologies owned by the company by helping the user write documents in English so that it can reduce man power resources and activate oversea trade. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user accessing a server over the Internet(Step 1), the user searching wanted oversea buyer by using a search engine(Step 2), the user inputting an initial greeting at a content input space after inputting an e-mail address by selecting example expressions used in greetings and inputting basic English words, for example a company name, necessary for the initial greeting(Step 3,Step 4), the user selecting basic English sentences prepared in advance and inputting basic English words necessary for an introduction of the company(Step 5,Step 6), and inputting a final greeting at a content input space by selecting example expressions used in greetings and inputting basic English words necessary for the final greeting(Step 8,Step 9). In the step of inputting basic English words necessary for the introduction of the company, personal data of directors, a company home page address and an introduction of the commodities or technologies can be included(Step 7).
