PURPOSE: A globular shaped composition for fiber washing is provided, which is harmless to a human body and free from water pollution and generates no bubble, also which has excellent washability and antibacterial effect and the like. And a method for preparing thereof is provided. CONSTITUTION: The globular shaped composition for fiber washing has a diameter of 2-8 centimeters and comprises: (i) 20-67 wt.% of a fiber washing agent; (ii) 8-30 wt.% of a fiber washing accelerator; (iii) 15-30 wt.% of a hardening agent; (iv) 3-15 wt.% of a metal ion chelating agent; and (v) 7-20 wt.% of a binding agent. Its manufacturing method comprises steps of: (i) mixing 20-67 wt.% of a fiber washing agent selected from the group consisting of animal and vegetable pure soap powder, non-ionic surfactant and mixtures thereof; 8-30 wt.% of a fiber washing accelerator selected from the group consisting of far-infrared rays radiating powder, zeolite, sodium carbonate a mixtures thereof; 15-30 wt.% of a hardening agent of stearic acid; 3-15 wt.% of a metal ion chelating agent such as ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid-4Na or ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid-4K; and 7-20 wt.% of a binding agent of aqueous latex at a temperature of 30-60 deg.C; (ii) extrusion-molding the mixture of the step (i) into a globular shaped body having a diameter of 2-8 centimeters; and (iii) naturally cooling the molded globular shaped body to solidify it.
