PURPOSE: A stabilized vitamin C derivative for feed additives is provided, which is stable against heat, does not cause pollution of water or soil, and has high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A stabilized vitamin C derivative for feed additives, 2-o-α -glucopyranosyl-ascorbic acid(AA2G) dose not cause water pollution because it is in glucose line. Therefore, it is suitable to vitamin C source of supply for cultured fish or livestock compared to the existing phosphatic vitamin C derivative, L-ascorbyl-2-monophosphate-Na/Ca(AMP).
