PURPOSE: A method for preparing powdered garlic and red pepper for seasoning is provided to reduce cooking time, preserve its freshness for a long time, has no change in taste and color. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing powdered garlic and red pepper comprises the steps of: (i) a first step to remove skin form garlic and stems from red peppers, and wash with clean water, and then dry; (ii) a second step to draw off bittern by loading on 30s inclination for 3 months; and (iii) a third step to pulverize garlic and salt in previously powdered red pepper, and then pack in a plastic battle. The ratio of mixing the three materials is garlic 2 : red pepper 7 : salt 1. |
