The invention relates to a module for producing extensive vegetation on roofs or terraces and to an arrangement and method for setting up modules of this type. The inventive module (1) is characterised in that it consists essentially of a container (2) which has a polygonal periphery, which is in the shape of a tray or a shallow box, which has a perforated base and which is made from a biodegradable material; and a culture substrate (4), which covers the base of the container (2) to a predetermined depth and is provided with seeds (6) or with precultivated plants chosen from a range of varieties that are likely to grow and endure on a culture substrate (4) of limited depth. |
