ADHERING DEVICE OF BATTERY PACKS

PURPOSE: An adhering device of battery packs is provided which seals an electrobath in a vacuum chamber to remove bubbles in an electrolytic solution, extends performance and life span thereof and securely adheres the adhering part of the electrobath. CONSTITUTION: The adhering device of battery packs comprises: (i) a box-shaped chamber(20) which is mounted on the upper part of a main body(10) and has an open lower end; (ii) a going up and down slider(30) which is installed on the lower part of the chamber to be able to go up and down by the guidance of a straight guide(32) and comprises a board(31) to cut off the lower end of the chamber when the slider goes up, a jig(33) which is mounted on the top side of the board to have at least one row of many battery packs(34) rested thereon and a going up and down equipment which is equipped with the center of the board to be able to make the board go up or down; (iii) a transferring device(40) which is installed on a screw penetrated transferring bracket to transfer the battery pack rested on the jig in order, wherein the one side end of the screw is connected to a forward/backward rotating motor(41) controlling motions and rotating directions of the screw, and has an adhering jaw becoming narrower or widen at the transferring bracket; (iv) a vacuum producing line(60) which comprises an inhalation line(61) which a first valve(62), a rapid vacuum pump(63) and a vacuum pump(64) are connected to and a branched line(65) which a second valve(66) and a valve controller(67) are installed on; and (v) a vacuum releasing line(70) which a third valve(71) and a diffusing preventing machine(72) are connected to in series.
