PURPOSE: The titled thread winding device equipped with a needle case for easily storing a needle and a thread is provided, which is easy and convenient to treat. CONSTITUTION: This device is characterized in that it is equipped with a drawer-type needle case installed in a body(1) of the device and a hole(3) for taking out a thread opened in the shape of a half moon and placed in the central part of a part where a handle(6) of the needle case is contacted with the body.
