PURPOSE: A system for electronically paying capable of confirming using contents of a ward by a protector according to a pre depositing and post using method at on/off lines is provided to upload a purchase activity of a hierarchy having no financial power and to confirm and manage the contents of the purchase activity. CONSTITUTION: A commodity catalogue and data are constructed for providing a commodity service at on/off lines by a shopping mall and a member store for entering to a manager server(S1). A conservator protecting a person(ward) having no financial power joins to a member and the member pays money to be used by the ward the corresponding bank(S2). The ward performs a consumption activity through a shopping mall and a member store of an on/off line(S3). A demanding charge of contents of the consumption activity is requested to the bank designated by the user from the shopping mall and the member store, and the bank pays the charge and informs the contents of the consumption to the manager server, and the manager server informs the contents to the member(S4).
