PURPOSE: A beach propelling boat is provided to improve speed of the boat by using a propelling plate such as a ratchet plate. CONSTITUTION: By rotation of a circular cam, a driven bent shaft is linearly reciprocated along lengthwise direction of the circular cam. Then, the driven bent shafts at left and right sides are operated to a top dead center and a bottom dead center in a circular cam groove by the rotation of the circular cam. Herein, driven bent protrusion is not removed from the circular cam groove by a guide roller assembled from inner and outer directions of a guide roller groove(3). Shock absorber installing plates are installed at ends of the driven bent shafts protruded from the guide roller grooves on side walls of a boat(1). Then, shock absorber rods(32) are installed at the shock absorber installing plates. Therefore, ratchet plates on lower portion of propelling plates are not buried into swamp. However, the ratchets are operated on the swamp for reducing resistance in propelling. Moreover, a rear side of a ratchet plate(40) is deployed on an assembling guide groove(46) in drawing to a rear direction.
