PURPOSE: A toilet seat putting-up device is provided to have good sanitation by putting a toilet seat up by stepping a foot plate without touching a toilet seat, not to give unpleasantness to a user, to work well with a simple structure, to produce with low expenses and to install to the existing toilet in use easily. CONSTITUTION: A toilet seat putting-up device comprises a toilet fixture(200) fixed by holding both sides of a toilet, a shaft(120) bored and coupled to the fixture to be rotatable, a seat support(110) coupled to the front of the shaft to support the lower part of the toilet seat, a lever(300) whose one end is fixed to the shaft for lifting the seat support by rotating the shaft by the traction of a tractive bar(400), the tractive bar coupled to the other end of the lever and a foot plate(500) coupling with the lower end of the tractive bar and having restoring force by a hinge part(510) and a spring(520).
