PURPOSE: A house repairing system and method is provided to enable a home user to automatically access specified repairing stores or companies, registered in advance, over the Internet so that it helps repairing house speedily. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a defect report system, a database system, a repair guidance system, and a repair charge request system. The defect report system enables a home user to notice repair stores or companies of defects occurring at the house. The database system manages defect type classes, a standardized part list and member repair stores or companies. The repair guidance system guides the home user to access the nearest repair store or company, and to notice the repair store or company of the house defects via an e-mail. The repair charge request system enables the repair store and company to request the repair charge to the home user after the repair is finished. The home user inputs user data at an initial access stage, and the user approval step can be replaced with inputting defect contents alone at the next access. The user can reference the defect types and the part list, and share informations with the repair stores or companies.
