ANTISTATIC FILTER BAG USING CHEMICAL FIBER

PURPOSE: An antistatic filter bag using chemical fiber is provided, which uses chemical fiber for warp No.1-No.63 and antistatic fiber (metallic yarn) for weft No.64 and can remove static electricity of dust collected from iron and steel works, thereby preventing fire in advance. CONSTITUTION: The antistatic filter bag consists of warp made of chemical fiber and weft made of chemical fiber and antistatic fiber (metallic yarn). The warp is 450-550 denier and has a density of 48-55 strands per inch. The chemical fiber weft is 450-550 denier, the metallic yarn weft is 48-54 denier and the density of the weft is 64-74 strands per inch.
