PURPOSE: An apparatus for managing a medical treatment/research experimenting equipment is provided to watch a testing object without opening a door of an experimenting equipment by providing a door opening/closing detecting switch at the experimenting equipment and providing a camera in the experimenting equipment and providing a monitor at the outer portion of the experimenting equipment. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensor(2), a humidity sensor(3), an illumination sensor(4), a monitor(6), a camera(5) for photographing an image of an object and a door detecting switch(7) are provided. A micro computer(9) records and controls an image photographed by the camera(5) by sensing a status of a sensor and a switch. A clock unit(8) is provided for a time setting for a record and control of the micro computer(9). A recording device(10) performs a recording by controlling of the micro computer(9). A PC(11) measures, records and analyzes each state variation through the above sensors. An alarm controller(12) informs a malfunction by automatically calling to pre-set connecting number when a malfunction is generated and receives a remote control signal. In addition, a power source unit(14), a power cut-off switch(15) and a medical/research experimental equipment controller(16) for controlling the internal setting value(temperature, humidity, illumination) of a medical/research experimental equipment by a controlling of the alarm controller(12) are provided.
