PURPOSE: A method of making the solar calendar is provided which increases stability of whole dates, introduces a new six-day system and intercalary method and allows change of the position of the first of January to be naturally made. CONSTITUTION: Each of January, March, June, September and November has thirty-one days, and each of February, April, May, July, August and October has thirty days. December has thirty or thirty-one days. The position of the first of January corresponds to the location of the sixth of the January. A new six-day system replaces the conventional seven-day system. The reference point year is conventional 2001.
