PURPOSE: A quick-drying binder manufacturing method for an aluminium and metal brazing is provided to guarantee the perfect coating of flux and welding powder which are essential for removing an oxidized film and forming a joining condition when welding metals, basically restrain the deviation of the flux and the generation of dust when assembling or conveying, and completely dissolve the quick-drying resin binder before the flux is molten, thereby reducing the inferiority ratio and continuously carrying out the brazing. CONSTITUTION: A quick-drying pyrolysis resin binder is produced for coating welding materials in metal brazing through the catalyst reaction between 1-45wt% of acryl resin and 25-90wt% of solvent type diluent such as toluene, acetone and the like in a water-bath reactor, wherein no carbide remains in case of heating. When air conditioner parts and other metals of a vehicle is to be brazed by the resin binder, the parts are machined, the quick-drying resin binder is deeply coated and dried on the parts, the parts are assembled together, the parts are heated at a temperature of 250-400°C for dissolving the resin, and the parts are brazed in a furnace.
