PURPOSE: A method for user certification and DB(Data Base) linkage by e-mail is provided to solve cumbersome caused by loss of an id and a password by substituting e-mail for the id and the password in user certification and enable a reward gift for improving frequency of use to be supplied through accurate analysis by analyzing user's actual condition of use by a data base. CONSTITUTION: A user inputs his or her e-mail address instead of an user id and password when the user accesses a web site. A server of the web site makes user's actual condition of use a data base in realtime. An operator of the web site analyzes the actual condition of use and constructs a data base of the user containing frequency of use, content of service use and, etc.,. The server system controls data value predetermined beforehand by each navigators and the operator of the web site can analyzes and controls the user accurately on the basis of control of the server system. In case the operator of the web site gives a reward gift when the user takes part in, the operator informs gift supply of the user and supplies the gift through accurate analysis based on data in the data base of the user.
