PURPOSE: A device for inspecting a screw hole is provided to easily inspect a diameter and a depth of a screw hole and the number of teeth of a screw thread by screwing a screw bar having the same number of teeth as the screw hole with the screw hole, which is formed by a tap process. CONSTITUTION: A device for inspecting a screw hole includes a base(10) for putting an article inspected, a supporting part(20) mounted on the base, and an inspecting part(30) mounted on the base by the supporting part and having a screw bar(40) for inspecting a diameter and a depth of a screw hole and the number of teeth of a screw thread . The supporting part has a guide bar(21) fixed on an upper portion of the base at right angles to the base and an arm(22) vertically sliding along the guiding bar. The inspecting part has a fixing member(31) fixed on the arm, a coil spring(33) interposed on the fixing member, and a movable member(34) for detachably mounting the screw bar at a lower end.
