A method, system , and computer readable medium for generating a personalized shopping list. The method includes electronically receiving a customer identifier and an associated product identifier to a computer associated with a retail store and generating, using the computer, a personalized shopping list including a product associated with the product identifier based on the customer identifier. The personalized shopping list is then delivered to a customer associated with the customer identifier in the retail store. The personalized shopping list may be delivered to the customer as a printed list or as an electronic copy of the personalized list and may be sorted according to a sorting criteria selected by the customer. The list may also be accompanied by purchase incentives and advertisements. |
