PURPOSE: A preheating system using heat-accumulating material is provided to remove thermal deformation and reduce operation costs by improving heat recovery rate. CONSTITUTION: A preheating system using heat-accumulating material includes a four-way valves(202,203) changing low-temperature waste gas passage and high-temperature exhaust gas passage exhausted from various reactors, heat-accumulating apparatuses(204,205) formed with a plurality of ceramic layers for accumulating heat of high-temperature gas generated in the reactor(206), a buffer(208) preventing non-reacted gas and incomplete combustion gas from being exhausted to the outside in changing the direction of inflow and outflow, and a three-way valve(207) exhausting exhaust gas to the atmosphere through a discharge port or operating simultaneously with switching of the four-way valve for recirculating non-processed gas.
