PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for grinding smoked cigarette that includes a cutter, a scent generating part and a vase for putting cigarette or pens, which can treat cigarette-butt easily with a decorative function and be installed anywhere such as in the car, at home or restaurant. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an outside case(110) having a scent generating part where air freshener is put into, a cutting device(120) with blades for cutting cigarette-butt or paper put into the case, and a drawer type of cigarette waste collecting container(130) made of transparent material such as clear acryl. The cutter includes a motor(121), a couple of rollers(123) of which outer surfaces are geared with each other to be rotated in opposite direction by the motor, a cigarette or paper inlet port(125a) and a waste discharge port(125b) at the top and the bottom, and a roller holding case(125) having the rollers supported rotatably therein. The outside case can be formed into various shapes such as animal.
