PURPOSE: A robot agent operation method is provided to collect e-mail addresses which are opened over the Internet, classify the e-mil addresses by an age or a sex, and upload the classified e-mail list over the Internet by using the robot agent so that it enables users to use the e-mail address in an advertisement or a marketing over the Internet. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user designating a search site such as a yahoo, and a search word, the user executing the robot agent to collect e-mail addresses open over the Internet and to classify the e-mail addresses by an age or a sex, the user loading the e-mail addresses at an e-mail sending window, the user writing contents to be sent to e-mail destinations, and the user sending the contents to the collected e-mail addresses.
