PURPOSE: A system and a method of customized advertisement using vehicles are provided to search most proper advertisement according to a region in which vehicles are located and character of passengers getting on the vehicles and provide the selected advertisement. CONSTITUTION: A display device(17) is installed in a vehicle. A location detecting device(12) detects present location of the vehicle. A mobile control system(11) controls the display device(17), transmits location information inputted through the location detecting device(12) via a wireless communication network and receives various type of information via the wireless communication network. A main server(20) connects to the mobile control system(11) via the wireless communication network, receives location information of a vehicle, reads data from a data part and transmits the read data. A manager terminal(40) controls operation of the main server(20). The data part comprises a region linking advertisement list data part(32) storing proper advertisement list according to regions, an advertisement data part(34) storing various type of advertisement data and a subscriber data part(31) storing information of subscribers connected.
