PURPOSE: A method for transaction learning information and recording media capable of being read by computer recording program related to the same are provided to reduce a time for the transaction and prevent an illegal copy of used teaching materials by receiving information from a used teaching material provider and providing the information to a used teaching material recipient in a proper place. CONSTITUTION: A web server receives at least one information out of used teaching material information and a sale price from a provider. The web server transmits at least one information out of used teaching material information and a sale price to a recipient. The web server receives purchase approval information from the recipient. The web server transmits position information of a mediator to the provider and the recipient. The web server transmits detail contract contents of the provider and the recipient to the mediator. The web server receives the transaction conclusion related information between the provider and the recipient from the mediator.
