PURPOSE: A wire rope abrasion preventer of a prevention fence for falling stone is provided to prevent the damage of the wire rope due to repeated impact loads by frequent stone falling or the outflow of earth by inserting the abrasion preventer between a fixing bolt and the wire rope. CONSTITUTION: A wire rope abrasion preventer of a prevention fence for falling stone includes a fixing bolt having a hook part for fixing a wire rope to a supporting rod, a curved part(8) being in the form of a semicircle to wrap the wire rope, and a plate(9). The plate is formed in such a manner that the plate is bent from the side of the curved part toward the outside and has an elongated hole(10) in which the fixing bolt is inserted.
