PURPOSE: A machine is provided to cut chicken meat in a predetermined size by a plurality of rotary knives rotated with high speed by an electromotive motor, and to automatically supply washing water in the cutting process. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of rotary knives(38) are arranged in regular intervals on a rotary shaft and includes a plurality of V-shaped notches. A rotary table is arranged capable of reciprocating toward a horizontal direction on a base, and comprises a first and a second fixing pieces, a plurality of slits for containing the rotary knives(38) and a rotary knob(18) on a front side. A housing(22) contains the rotary shaft and the rotary knives(38). A safety pin is fixed on a front side of the housing(22) and a back end of the housing(22) is supported by a fixing bracket(24). A chicken meat holding member(40) is installed on a lower side of the housing(22) to fix chicken meat on the rotary table. A first horizontality(46) keeping part supports a back end of the chicken meat holding member(40) to elevate. A second horizontality keeping part(50) is installed between the chicken meat holding member(40) and the housing(22).
