PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing powdered seaweed which can be used in cooking various dishes such as stew and making health foods, and consequently contributing the increase in annual income of fishermen. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing powdered seaweed is characterized by the following steps of: i) inserting crude seaweed into a washer (1) with water being flowed and washing the crude seaweed by operating fans (4); ii) sending the seaweed to a dehydrator (5) for dehydration; iii) cutting the dehydrated seaweed with cutters (8); iv) drying the cleaved seaweed in a dryer (9) by infrared wind (10); and v) sending the seaweed to a masher (11) while seasonings (12)(13) are being added to manufacture minute powdered seaweed. |
