METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SILICIC MATTER FERTILIZER USING QUENCHING SLAG

PURPOSE: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing silicic matter fertilizer using quenching slag to prevent injury of workers by making smooth sharp projecting part after melting needle-shaped particle by heating quenching slag with high temperature, to stabilize sulfur component by reacting vulcanized hydrogen gas with lime. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing silicic matter fertilizer using quenching slag comprises the steps of: making smooth as drying and melting needle-shaped particle by applying heat of 500deg.C or higher after putting quenching slag being produced in the iron company as by-product into drying furnace, stabilizing sulfur component by reacting vulcanized hydrogen gas with lime; selecting by passing the quenching slag particles through screen; forwarding after sealing by putting in packing paper as storing the selected quenching slag particle in the hopper.
