PURPOSE: A centeralized products lease method and a record medium for the method based on chain stores are provided to make an Internet business enterprise construct a member store network by region, distribute or take away goods to which a loan service is to be provided to or from member stores by centralized way and link computers of the member stores with a central business enterprise system each other. CONSTITUTION: A business enterprise system receives intent to use a loan service on a goods from a user certified as a member who accessed a business enterprise system through Internet with a client computer(S10-S40). The business enterprise system provides information of kinds of goods that the member can lend and information of member stores undertaking loan and collection of the goods by region, receives information of loan goods and member stores to which the loan goods are delivered from the member and stores the information in the first data base(S50-S130). The business enterprise system calculates distribution information of the loan goods to be delivered by member stores by using distribution management server equipped in the business enterprise system and the first data base(S140). A computer of a member store transmits goods identification information recorded in a bar code of the goods delivered to the member store according to the information of distribution to the business enterprise system, records loan related information to the second data base of the computer in case the goods is lent and transmits the information to the business enterprise system.
