PURPOSE: A system for evaluating a photograph on the Internet is provided to publicize an evaluating result in real time by registering a user's photograph through the Internet in real time and evaluating the photograph by the user and all visitors. CONSTITUTION: If a user visits in an Internet photograph evaluating service, a web server(30) of an operator detects whether the user has visited to the site and one's photograph has been submitted and evaluated previously. A user embodies a score for the photograph from 1 to 10 or from 1 to 5. If the evaluating is completed, the photograph and the evaluating result are displayed on a screen as a small size, and the evaluating is continued as the web ring form. The photograph is classified according to fields. A plurality of photographs may be registered continuously. The registered photographs are evaluated by the specialists, and the evaluating results are displayed on the screen.
