PURPOSE: A growth type character network game offering system and a method for the same are provided to enable a game machine to connect with a computer and access an Internet service site via the computer, to store various data at an IC card, and to enable users to enjoy the network game with other users accessing the Internet service site with the same type game machines. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a battery(110), an LCD(130), a speaker(180), a subminiature motor(190), a microprocessor(140), an IC card(150). The battery(110) is a power source of the game machine and can be exchanged. The LCD(130) informs a user of a game start if the user switches on the game machine, and graphically displays a growth type character and a shock amount of the user and other users. The speaker(180) informs the user of various data or states. The motor(190) generates a vibration according to progress states of the game. The microprocessor(140) stores data on the progresses of the game. The IC card(150) can be inserted into the game machine, and store the game scores or the growth type characters taken from other users in the case that the user defeats other users.
