A proteolytic enzyme is mixed with a powder spray dried detergent mixture containing an auxiliary salt, an alkyl benzene sulphonate, a soap and a non ionic detergent. The amount of enzyme corresponds to 0.05-1.5 Anson units per 100 g of detergent mixture. Detergents have excellent cleaning power, low foaming properties and high stability.
