PURPOSE: A wave permanent device is provided, which makes it possible to take perm treatment conveniently in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A wave permanent device comprises the parts of: (i) a panel equipment that has a middle panel housing fixed on the upper part of a supporter(20), side panel housings(120) connected to the middle panel housing with hinges, and rear panel housings(130) connected with the rear part of the middle panel housing; (ii) a tensile power cable(200) that is connected with the distributing wires of the low parts of the middle panel housing, side panel housings(120), and rear panel housings(130); and (iii) a hanger equipment part(300) that has a hanger housing connected with the low part of the tensile power cable(200), a couple of hanger assistants installed on the both sides of the hanger housing with a hinge and equipped with a conductive assistant and a power terminal, and an elastic assistant installed between the hanger assistants.
