<p>A system allows a user to select prompts during the viewing of video transmission on a first channel about events that may have occurred in the course of a transmission on a second channel. The user may be provided with a mechanism, such as a remote control, that allows the user to switch to the second channel after receiving the prompt on the first channel. Since the second channel is continuously recorded, the user can switch to the second channel to view a recorded portion of the transmission on the second channel up to the event on the second channel, to enable the user to decide whether to switch to view the second channel.</p> |
