SWITCHED CAPACITOR FILTER WITH INTEGRATED VOLTAGE MULTIPLIER

An integrated transient voltage pulse multiplier (360) is used to increase t he voltage to the gates of control switches (310) in a low voltage circuit. The increased conductance of the control switches (310) permits a reduction in gate width, reducing parasitic charge (380) injection and capacitive feedthrough. A low distortion switched capacitor filter (590) utilizes two transient voltage pulse multipliers (400) to increase the voltage of non- overlapping clock signals. The switched capacitor filter (400) is operative at a power supply voltage of less than 1.5 volts.
