PURPOSE: A security apparatus and method for provisioning a stable service of a mobile station by a service provisioning server using an IP address change in a base transceiver/base station controller and its system are provided to offer a user-favorable service provisioning procedure by reducing a labor cost for a service provisioning procedure by a user, removing an error, and minimizing or removing a communication with a subscriber by automatically performing a service provisioning of a radio handset. CONSTITUTION: A general service provisioning security controller(265) includes a data processor(405) and a memory(410). The memory(410) includes a storing space for an IP header replacement application program(411), an IP header field(415), an IP packet payload field(420), a service provisioning server load statistics field(425), a service provisioning service, an IP address field(430), a service provisioning server IP address field(435) and a service provisioning server IP address field(440). When a mobile state which has not been provisioned for a service is detected, the data processor(405) receives IP data packets received from an authentication controller and replaces the original IP headers of each IP data packet received under the control of an IP header replacement application program(411) stored in the memory(410) with an IP header selected from one of the service provisioning server IP address field(430), the service provisioning server IP address field(435) and the service provisioning server IP address field(440). Thereafter, header-modified IP data packets return to the authentication controller as streams of the IP data packets which are transmitted outwardly. |
