A compound of formula (1) has high anticancer activity; wherein, R<1> and R<2> are, each independently hydrogen, C1-10 alkyl or C5-10 cycloalkyl; or form, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, a nitrogen heterocycle containing 4 to 6 carbon atoms; and R<3> is vinyl, ethynyl, allyl, C3-10 cycloalkyl, C5-10 cycloalkenyl, or C5-10 cycloalkynyl, each having an optional branched or linear C1-8 alkyl, alkoxy, alkoxyalkyl, or aryl substituent.
