<p>A method for the preparation of selectively substituted benzene derivatives by application of solid phase synthesis is disclosed. In particular, the invention provides a novel method for the preparation of substituted benzene derivatives containing two or three groups bound to the benzene ring via nitrogen-, oxygen-, sulphur-, selenium- or carbon-carbon bonds, by application of solid phase chemistry alone or in combination with post cleavage solution phase derivatisation.</p> |
