Motor vehicle trailer hitch for an agricultural tractor has a hitch bar with holes (1) co-operating with a tilting assembly (3,4) mounted for pivoting on the trailer neck (2). The tilting assembly has a lever (3) mounted to pivot at one of its ends to the trailer neck and at the other end to a hook (3) extending forwardly and open towards the base. The lever can have two branches (31,32) each have a hook at one end oriented towards the front.
