摘要 |
PURPOSE: To actualize an amplifying circuit which has a wide dynamic range and obtains an output signal unlimited to its source voltage even in an analog integrated circuit with a low source voltage by using ordinary low-cost integrated circuit technology. CONSTITUTION: In a semiconductor integrated circuit having an analog amplifying circuit, the amplifying circuit is composed of a current output type amplifier(OTA)1, a resistance 2 which has one terminal connected to the output terminal of the OTA1, and a voltage control circuit 3 which has its input terminal connected to one terminal of the resistance 2 and its output terminal connected to the other terminal of the resistance 2; and the input of the amplifying circuit is the input terminal of the OTA1 and the output of the amplifying circuit is the terminals 101 and 102 of the resistance.
