PURPOSE: An advertisement order receiving method and system is provided to induce an advertisement order contract between an advertisement owner and an advertisement agent over a communication network so that the advertisement can reduce the advertisement cost and the advertisement can reduce sale force or cost. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of an advertisement owner accessing an advertisement order acceptance main server(S100), the advertisement owner inputting an ID and a password(S101), the main server determining if the accessed user is a member(S102), the main server displaying a main page offering a check list of advertisement information if the accessed user is a member(S104), the accessed advertisement owner marking the check list and transmitting the marked check list(S105), the main server searching the marked request of the check list in a database and offering the searched data in a set type(S106), the advertisement owner filling in a contract form by considering the searched data(S107), the main server checking a legality of the contract form(S108), the main server taking a formatted contract form from a database, dubbing the contract from, filled in by the user, with the formatted contract form and transmitting the dubbed contract to the advertisement owner(S109), the advertisement owner checking the advertisement oder contract(S110), and the main server storing the contract at a member management database(S111).
