The level regulation device has an integral module (IM), provided with a residual pressure maintaining valve (20), having a dished cylindrical housing (13), with a valve seat (18) in its base and a cooperating valve disc (14). The housing is closed by a retaining magnet (9) acted on by the bias spring (15) for the valve disc and abuts a valve carrier (1) with a 3/2-way valve (8), an associated circuit board providing air, current and signal lines and supporting a pressure sensor. An Independent claim for a pneumatic suspension spring for an automobile suspension system is also included.
