PURPOSE: To prepare a complex capable of accurately assaying with high sensitivity even when the amount of a substance is vary small. CONSTITUTION: This enzyme-protein complex is characterized by bonding two or more enzymes to a carrier such as a polylysine through an amino group, etc., and bonding a protein (e.g. an antibody) exhibiting differential bondability to an assayed other substanca (e.g. an antigen) to the at least one or more enzymes.
