Swashplate bearing for plunger pump

The pump shaft turns in the swashplate and is coupled to a bearing with inner and outer races in a housing, the plungers bearing against the plate under spring action. The plate is trapezium-shaped in lengthwise section, and fits concentrically in the bore of the bearing inner race. A coupling component can be provided between the shaft and the inner race or plate. The race can be produced without swarf-removal from a pot-shaped sheet-metal blank with a groove for the bearing balls and a recess for the coupling component.
