Method for preparing a tissue implant (A) by pressing off liquid from a homogeneous, suspended fluid. An Independent claim is also included for an apparatus comprising a sterile, stirred vessel and a pressing device of permeable material for separation of liquid and solid components. The apparatus is operated at a specific pressure and the vessel has volume 1-100 ml. It may have any selected horizontal cross-section.
