The present invention relates to a novel class of substituted phenylpiperazinyl derivatives having the formula (I) wherein X, Z, Y, U,V, Alk, W, R1 , R2, R3, R11, R12, R13 n, m and the dotted line are as defined i n the description. The compounds of the invention are dopamine D4 receptor ligands and are therefore useful for the treatment of certain psychiatric an d neurologic disorders, including psychosis.
