一种农业生产使用的半湿润复合活化腐植酸复合肥的生产方法,其特征在于配方如下: 腐植酸 20-30% 磷酸铵 10-20% 尿素 10-20% 硫酸钾和氯化钾 20-40%成品后各成份组合最终配比应为100%。工艺流程如下:将腐植酸粉碎到60-80目→在搅拌机内活化粉碎后的腐植酸→加水至腐植酸含水70-80%→将磷酸铵、尿素、硫酸钾和氯化钾加入搅拌机充分搅拌→进入反应釜在50°-60°保温2-3小时,至含水量为30-35%→进造粒机造1-4.75mm直径颗粒→进烘干机烘干→冷却→筛分→包装。
