PURPOSE: A lubricating structure of a manual transmission simplifies the assembling process and the number of parts thereof and prevents the leakage of oil due to the damage of an oil seal by removing the oil seal. CONSTITUTION: An oil guide(10) is mounted on the end of an oil guide slot(6). The oil guide(10) has a diameter smaller than that of the oil guide slot(6) to elevate the surface of oil flowed into the oil guide slot(6) and to prevent the reverse flow of the oil toward outside. The oil guide(10) has an elastic supporting portion(14) opened outward and contacted to the inner periphery surface of the oil guide slot(6). Thus, a lubricating structure of a manual transmission is assembled by fitting the oil guide(10) to the oil guide slot(6), thereby improving the assembling performance thereof. |
