PURPOSE: A flickering adjusting apparatus of brake lights according to braking force is provided to detect deceleration of the preceding vehicle easily, and to prevent accidents by adjusting flickering of the brake lights with detecting hydraulic pressure of a master cylinder and vehicle speed according to operation of a brake pedal. CONSTITUTION: A flickering adjuster of brake lights is composed of a hydraulic differential signal output unit(100) outputting a signal by detecting hydraulic pressure of a master cylinder; a vehicle speed differential signal output unit(200) outputting a signal by detecting vehicle speed; a voltage generating unit(300) generating voltage according to signals from the differential signal output units; a signal delay unit(400) relaying according to pulse; and brake lights adjusting flickering according to delay of the signal delay unit. Accidents are prevented by detecting deceleration easily with adjusting flickering of brake lights.
